Our three boutique studio apartments are modern, comfortable and perfectly suited for solo travellers or professionals working in the area. Each studio is thoughtfully designed to maximise space while providing everything needed for a relaxing and practical stay.

Our two one-bedroom apartments offer additional space with a separate bedroom and living area. These apartments are ideal for guests staying longer, those who prefer more room, or colleagues sharing accommodation while working in the region.

We regularly host contractors, engineers and project teams working across the North East, many of whom stay for extended periods. Because of this, discounted rates are available for longer bookings.
If you are staying for a week, several weeks, or longer, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss a reduced rate.
Burton Lofts is particularly well suited for companies that need multiple apartments for staff or project teams. With five apartments located in the same building, we can often accomodate teams working together while still providing each guest with their own comfortable space.
